This is a one off oversize tunic made using a souvenir tablecloth. Size S
We have used a souvenir table cloth featuring aboriginal bark painting as the body of this tunic top. The unusual size and positioning of the printed art works on this table cloth work so well as a feature piece.
The lower back section is cut from a textured stripe linen fabric, which is gathered into the upper Black yoke. This tablecloth has been used and washed.
The yoke is lined with the tan cotton, both pieces have been fused to accommodate the bulk of fabric meeting at the yoke, and to keep this gal in shape for years to come.
The sleeves are cut from tan light weight hand loomed cotton (from India). We have used a Black cotton linen blend for the cuff, upper sleeve, back yoke and neck binding. There are internal side pockets.
We have washed this top after making. Size chart in images.
