This is a new tunic style. It is oversized and longer length.
The style has an extended shoulder with sleeves sewn with contrast black at top. Inseam side pockets, back gathered into a yoke, sleeves gathered into a cuff. Bound neckline.
This style is designed to be generous, please check the size measurements, as you may wish to size down if you prefer less volume. The XL I have called XL/XXL as I exaggerated the grading. (there is more difference between L to XL, than M to XL). Size chart in images.
This colourway came together so well. The main print fabric is quilting cotton, mid weight. It is printed with a William Morris inspired print, and has a late 19th century aesthetic. The plain black and clay contrast fabrics are linen.
This top is a perfect example of what I hope to achieve in designing clothing. It is unique, cut from quality fabrics and will not date, as it is not aligned to current trends.
